TRANSMISSION INDUSTRIES
We have successfully completed project for Kavitsu Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. Manufacturers of gear boxes & transmission products. They were previously using gear shaping for making internal spline on components & gears. We have developed & supplied wide range spline broaches manufactured on our cnc broach grinding machine. The maximum spline broach manufactured was up to Dia. 115mm. We had supplied 20 Ton X 2000mm Stroke broaching machine for the requirement. Our machine was equipped with load sensing unit which stops the cycle automatically in case of any miss alignment of broach or component by sensing load on broach, which ensures maximum tool safety. This project drastically improved quality & production growth.
VALVE INDUSTRIES
We have developed and supplied broaching machine as well as broaching tools, as per required profiles for broaching valve manufacturing companies, for manufacturing butterfly valve butterfly valve, gate valve, etc. Previously they were using EDM machines for internal bling profiles like square, D type or hexagonal. Our broaching machines was designed specifically for Valve broaching and was having both the options through broaching and bling broaching. We also developed punches for blind broaching and square broaches of high material as per customers requirement for Valve disk having material S.S. 304. This increase in process capapibilty and zero defects. Also, their productivity is increased.

FIREARM INDUSTRIES
We have previously worked with Rifle Factory, Ishapore for rifling of 9.0mm pistol barrels. We have developed all the required parameters fixture for rotation of barrel, broaching tool and helical broaching machine to achieve the maximum rifling accuracy. Having Lead 10inch. CNC Servo Helical broaching for suit all type of rifling to control pull speed, twist ratio, rotation direction & helix angle for the barrel. The Rectangular Broaching for magazine slot of 9.0mm Pistol Body was developed by us. The required rectangular broaches and broaching with fixture can be supplied by us.
AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRIES
We are regularly manufacturing broaches for automobile parts manufacturing industries for manufacturing components like Clutch lever, Clutch plates, Brake pedal, Levers & Shift Finger, Shafts, Differentials, gears. Etc. We have developed and supplied broaching machine of required capacity for broaching of all the above components.
PUMP INDUSTRIES
We have developed keyway broaching solutions to pump manufacturing companies, manufacturing Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, etc. They were previously using slotting machine for keyway broaching of impellers, expellers & sleeves of material S.S. 304. We provided Vertical Broaching Machine & Keyway broaches for the requirement. The required accuracy for keyway broaching was achieved by us. This results in increase in production. The setting time was reduced for small batch keyway broaching operation.
HELICAL BROACHING
We have vast experience in helical broaching technology. We have provided helical broaches for components like Drive ring, Brake housing for starter motor. CNC Helical Broaching Machine was developed by us. We had taken inhouse trials and batch quantity was supplied successfully. Reverse engineering & Inspection was done at Klingelnberg Tech Centre. This was all possible because our precision 6 Axis CNC Broach Grinding machine (forst make). Helical broaches with required spiral gullets are developed to get the maximum tool life & precision helical profile.
